All of this ultimately leads to increased efficiency and work productivity.
    While ICT's role is vital, remote work and collaboration are not without their challenges. One major challenge is cybersecurity. With more data being accessed and shared online, the risk of hacking or data breaches also increases. Organizations need to invest in robust security solutions and train their employees on good digital security practices. Additionally, dependence on a stable internet connection is a crucial factor. In some areas, internet infrastructure may not be evenly distributed, which can be an obstacle to smooth remote work. Lastly, although ICT connects us digitally, aspects of social interaction and work-life balance need to be considered. Too much screen time can lead to digital fatigue, and it's important to maintain clear boundaries between work and personal time.
